Howard County Restaurant Week is back! This is a seasonal culinary celebration that invites people to beat the summer heat by exploring a diverse array of local dining experiences. This two-week event, returning in summer 2024, will showcase the vibrant flavors of the season, with skilled chefs crafting dishes designed to refresh your palate and ignite your taste buds.
Whether you’re searching for must-try lunches, exploring international cuisines, or seeking vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options, Howard County Restaurant Week offers something for everyone. This event will be from August 12 to August 25, 2024, with over 50 restaurants participating.
During these weeks, restaurants have the flexibility to craft special bundles that include appetizers, combo meals, and family-style options, allowing everyone to join in the culinary celebrations. At Cazbar, we will serve a 2-course lunch and a 3-course dinner, specially designed for visitors during the period.

Here is our special menu, where every dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the rich heritage and bold flavors of Turkey:
Meze Course
- Cig Kofte: a flavorful Turkish classic vegan kofte made with tender lentils, bulgur, and a blend of aromatic spices.
- Muhammara: roasted red peppers, walnuts, and spices.
- Patlican Dolmasi: eggplant stuffed with rice, caramelized onions, peppers, and spices. Served cold.
Entrée Course
- Çökertme Kebap: our freshly shaved doner kebap is served over a bed of crispy fried potatoes and topped with a rich, tangy yogurt sauce
- Acılı Patlıcan Kebap: eggplant sliced and spicy ground meat, layered on a skewer and grilled. A classic Turkish kebap.
- Shrimp Guvec: tender shrimp simmered with tomatoes, peppers, and spices in a savory, hearty sauce.
Dessert Course
- Three Way Pistachio: traditional baklava, chocolate baklava, and kadaifi. All are made with pistachios.
- Raspberry Trilece: our rendition of a Mexican Classic
- Chocolate Muhallebi with Kadayif
