Oversee all business activities to ensure profitability, performance and customer service levels are achieved in all aspects of variable operations and fixed operations. Direct and approve inventory strategies for constant circulation of fresh goods for adequate stock levels and handle procurement. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing training and guidance as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and questions ensuring a high level of customer service. Prepare reports on restaurant performance and present to management.
